Welcome to PanchMantra. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All our pickles are handmade food products prepared in small batches in an FSSAI-certified kitchen. Images are for representation; the actual product may vary slightly in colour and texture because every batch is handmade. Ingredients are listed on every product page — please check them for allergens before ordering.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery or online (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) where available. We reserve the right to change prices, offers and coupons at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order in rare cases (stock unavailability, address not serviceable, suspected fraud) — in such cases any amount paid is fully refunded.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate contact and address details — we are not responsible for deliveries failed due to incorrect information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
